The study and practice offered in the Sri Sathya Sai Adhyatma Vidya - Foundation Course form the necessary basis for all-round wellbeing through the understanding and practice of the teachings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. 

The course will be given in three formats on a weekly basis:

1. Study material - text, audio/visual lectures (Monday)

2. Evaluation/quiz and submission of questions (Friday/Saturday)

3.  Live session for Q & A and Practical exercises (Sunday)

You are offered both certification and non-certification categories to go through this course. The certification course will involve application of criteria for evaluation that will be given at the end of each class i.e. Thursday every week. One may choose to take the course without evaluation criteria but will still receive a badge of completion for the course. 

It is mandatory to do a certification course to take the Advanced Certification courses. There are A la carte courses that are offered for which a completion badge in the Foundation Course is sufficient.
